Creations in stock will be sent to you within 2 to 5 working days. In the event that the creations you wish to order are not in stock, allow us 2-4 weeks for production in our workshop. When the order is ready and shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking number. A person who placed the order is responsible for all charges related to a returned SAPFIRA package due to multiple failed delivery attempts.
